Responsibilities
- Minimum 15+ years of overall professional experience, or 8+ years of directly relevant D&AI Advisory / Consulting experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or Data & AI advisory.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role managing Data/AI practice or similar technology unit.
- Experience in the GCC/Qatar market with established client relationships and a strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
- Experience delivering large-scale Data Strategy, Enterprise Data Platform, AI Transformation, or Generative AI programmes at Tier-1 organizations.
- Track record of practice/business unit growth and market expansion.

Strategic Skills
- Drive the development and conversion of a robust pipeline into sustainable and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Lead executive-level client engagements from problem definition through to solution design and value realization.
- Design, refine, and continuously evolve Data & AI advisory offerings in alignment with market demand and technological advancements.
- Mentor and develop consulting talent while strengthening long-term strategic client relationships and account growth.
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic direction for the Data & AI Advisory practice, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Position the organization as a trusted advisor for Data & AI transformation across government and enterprise sectors.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, data governance, and advanced analytics, translating them into differentiated and scalable consulting offerings.
- Shape and lead large-scale transformation programmes, influencing C-level stakeholders on Data & AI strategy and execution.
- Establish and expand strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and ecosystem stakeholders to enhance market reach and capabilities
- Drive strategic account expansion through structured growth plans and multi-year client engagement roadmaps.
- Define compelling value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and industry-specific advisory solutions.
- Own and deliver against practice-level KPIs, including revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning.
- Champion thought leadership by contributing to whitepapers, executive briefings, industry forums, and client workshops
Operational Skills
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adherence to timelines, and strong client satisfaction.
- Own and manage full P&L responsibilities for the advisory function, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and margin optimization.
- Drive business development execution by leading proposal development, RFP responses, and supporting commercial negotiations.
- Translate strategic advisory offerings into structured delivery frameworks, methodologies, and reusable toolkits to ensure consistent execution.
- Oversee resource planning and workforce utilization, ensuring optimal allocation of skills and effective capacity management across engagements.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-calibre Data & AI consulting professionals to build a high-performing advisory team.
- Provide structured mentoring, coaching, and performance management to develop team capabilities and leadership bench strength.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless and integrated solution execution.
- Establish and enforce robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across all advisory engagements.
- Drive knowledge management practices, including the development and reuse of intellectual property, assets, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and strategic objectives.

- Track the progress and offer support for the advancement of knowledge and skills.
- Provides guidance and direction to direct reports by managing their performance through appropriate feedback, coaching and counseling.
- Provides inputs about project team members in their performance appraisal and recommendations for promotion and bonuses/incentives.
- Provides input and guidance into the project resourcing and actively participates in recruitment and retention activities.
- Supports leadership & functional capability building initiatives through training as per organization’s guidelines.
- Facilitates succession planning for critical roles within the practice unit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc) from a recognized institution is strongly preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications in management consulting, Data & AI, or digital transformation are advantageous
