About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished
Senior Construction Project Manager
with 7 years of robust experience in the contracting and industrial sectors.
Based at our location in South Riyadh, the ideal candidate will spearhead large-scale construction and industrial projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Execution & Leadership:**
- Oversee and direct industrial and construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring full alignment with structural and engineering blueprints.
- **Site & Subcontractor Management:**
- Manage on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
- **Cost & Budget Control:**
- Monitor project costs, review variations, and manage multi-million-SAR budgets to maximize financial efficiency without compromising quality.
- **HSE Compliance:**
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations across all construction sites.
- **Timeline & Progress Tracking:**
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively mitigate delays or resource bottlenecks.
- **Stakeholder & Client Relations:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding project progress and approvals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 15 years
- of proven experience in construction and industrial contracting projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- **Certifications (Mandatory):**
PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification is required.
Valid membership with the
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
- is highly preferred.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- **Skills:**
- Strong expertise in contracts management (FIDIC), cost estimation software, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- **Languages:**
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a strong asset.
