- 📍 مقر العمل: جنوب الرياض
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- أولاً: التوظيف والاستقطاب
- استقبال ودراسة طلبات التوظيف الواردة من الإدارات المختلفة.
- إعداد ونشر الإعلانات الوظيفية عبر المنصات المناسبة.
- البحث عن المرشحين واستقطاب الكفاءات وفق احتياجات الشركة.
- فرز السير الذاتية وإجراء المقابلات الأولية.
- التنسيق للمقابلات مع الإدارات المعنية ومتابعة نتائجها.
- إعداد عروض العمل واستكمال إجراءات التعيين والانضمام.
- بناء وتحديث قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين المحتملين.
- إعداد عقود العمل وتجديدها ومتابعة انتهاء صلاحيتها.
- إدارة ملفات الموظفين وتحديث بياناتهم بشكل مستمر.
- متابعة إجراءات التعيين، النقل، الترقية، وإنهاء الخدمات.
- متابعة الحضور والانصراف والإجازات والغيابات.
- متابعة وتنفيذ الإجراءات عبر المنصات الحكومية ذات العلاقة (قوى، مدد، التأمينات الاجتماعية، مقيم وغيرها).
- ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة العمل واللوائح الداخلية للشركة.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية ومؤشرات الأداء.
- المؤهلات والخبرات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن (2-4) سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية مع خبرة عملية في التوظيف والاستقطاب.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة العمل السعودية والمنصات الحكومية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- مهارات عالية في التواصل، التنظيم، إدارة الوقت، وإعداد التقارير.
