Senior Construction Manager
- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير إنشاءات أول ذو خبرة عالية للإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الإنشائية الكبرى، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال في الموقع وفق الجدول الزمني والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع الإنشاءات من البداية حتى التسليم.
- الإشراف على فرق العمل في مواقع المشاريع.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمخططات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية.
- متابعة تقدم الأعمال وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
- إدارة المقاولين والاستشاريين في الموقع.
- مراقبة الجودة والسلامة في جميع مراحل التنفيذ.
- حل المشكلات الميدانية بشكل فوري وفعال.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات واللوجستيات.
- إدارة التكاليف والميزانيات الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل للإدارة العليا.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة مشاريع الإنشاءات.
- خبرة في مشاريع كبرى (بنية تحتية، مباني، أو مشاريع صناعية).
- معرفة قوية بإدارة المواقع والمقاولين.
- فهم جيد لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA أو NEBOSH
- شهادات إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- إدارة مواقع الإنشاءات.
- القيادة وإدارة الفرق.
- حل المشكلات الميدانية.
- التخطيط والتنظيم.
- إدارة المقاولين والموردين.
- التواصل الفعال.
- الراتب والمزايا:
