Senior Construction Manager
- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير إنشاءات أول ذو خبرة عالية للإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الإنشائية الكبرى، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الجداول الزمنية والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة، مع إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين بكفاءة عالية.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع الإنشاءات من البداية حتى التسليم النهائي.
- الإشراف على فرق العمل والمقاولين في مواقع المشاريع.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمخططات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية.
- متابعة تقدم الأعمال وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
- مراقبة الجودة والسلامة في جميع مراحل التنفيذ.
- إدارة التكاليف والميزانيات الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات واللوجستيات.
- حل المشكلات الميدانية واتخاذ القرارات السريعة.
- إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل للإدارة العليا والعملاء.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير HSE والأنظمة المحلية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة مشاريع الإنشاءات.
- خبرة في مشاريع كبرى مثل البنية التحتية أو المباني أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- معرفة قوية بإدارة المواقع والمقاولين.
- فهم جيد لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA أو NEBOSH
- شهادات إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- إدارة مواقع الإنشاءات.
- القيادة وإدارة الفرق.
- حل المشكلات الميدانية.
- التخطيط والتنظيم.
- إدارة المقاولين والموردين.
- التواصل الفعال والعمل تحت الضغط.
- الراتب والمزايا:
