Senior Construction Manager

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with emphasis on large, complex projects
- Demonstrated success delivering large industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, contract structures, and project controls
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, e-Builder)
- Strong understanding of construction codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or ability to obtain)
