Overview
We are looking for a Senior Construction Lawyer that has a Road & Infra Structure background.
This position will have a legal work and will be a mix of contentious and non contentious work.
Making sure the activities of the company are in line with all regulation and compliance with contracts.
You will handle disputes and construction claims whilst coordinating with the commercial teams and seek to ensure adherence to the contracts and commercial terms and policies in place.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and documents.
Provide advice and guidance to the procurement department to prepare ITT’s and other documents related to major sub contracts.
Arabic – Fluent / Excellent English – Fluent / Excellent
Should have Qatar Driving License
