Overview
- To prepare accurate and competitive construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects, including quantity take-offs, manpower and equipment estimates, subcontractor evaluation, construction methodology assessment, and risk identification, ensuring technically compliant and commercially competitive tender submissions aligned with project requirements and execution strategy.
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects.
- Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
- Develop manpower, equipment, and construction resource estimates based on project scope and execution methodology.
- Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs based on engineering deliverables and tender requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through improved construction methodology, resource optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
- Strong understanding of EPC construction activities and execution methodology.
- Experience in construction estimating for Oil & Gas projects.
