Penspen is hiring a PMC Senior Construction Piping Engineer for a gas project in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees piping construction for an LNG project on behalf of the PMC.
Job purpose
- Oversee piping construction activities for the LNG project on behalf of the PMC.
- Ensure contractors complete installation, testing, and mechanical completion safely and in line with project specifications and schedules.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant construction experience, including 5 years on LNG or major oil and gas projects.
- Experience working on ADNOC projects.
- Experience supervising piping fabrication, erection, welding, pressure testing, reinstatement, and mechanical completion.
- Knowledge of applicable piping codes, including ASME B31.3, and relevant quality and HSE requirements.
- Previous PMC or client-side experience is preferred.
