Plan, supervise, coordinate, and technically control civil and structural construction on offshore platforms, jackets, offshore substations, or associated facilities.
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on offshore oil and gas project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise offshore civil construction in line with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Plan daily and weekly work and allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and work fronts.
- Coordinate sequences with structural, mechanical, piping, E&I, commissioning, marine, and operations teams.
- Monitor productivity and identify progress constraints.
- Review IFC drawings, civil and structural calculations, specifications, and construction details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in the discipline within oil and gas projects.
- Proven offshore project experience, such as platforms, FPSO, offshore construction, or drilling support.
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Familiarity with offshore safety regulations and permit systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
