Overview

We are currently seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Officer to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across operational processes, with a strong focus on SAP systems, cost control, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess areas of compliance across company policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks
  • Conduct in-depth functional reviews of Cost Control processes to detect non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate findings and enforce corrective measures
  • Maintain and enhance tracking tools to ensure robust audit trails for internal and external audits
  • Recommend process and system improvements based on compliance reviews and investigations
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with policies and procedures
  • Follow up on compliance recommendations to ensure timely implementation
  • Monitor and report compliance performance through monthly scorecards
  • Support and coordinate compliance training initiatives
  • Review and provide feedback on policies and procedures to address potential compliance gaps
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit
  • GCC experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Risk and compliance management
  • Cost control processes
  • Inventory management, material planning, and consumption
  • Vendor sourcing and management
  • Logistics and warehousing operations
  • Experience working with SAP and Primavera systems
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
