Job Purpose
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards while supporting risk management and control processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure
- compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Support and manage
- external and internal audit processes
- Identify
- risks and control gaps
- and recommend corrective actions
- Review financial and operational processes for
- compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure adherence to standards
- Prepare
- compliance reports
- and present findings to management
- Support implementation of
- audit recommendations and improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails are maintained
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
- **5–10+ years**
- of experience in compliance, audit, or risk roles
- **Mandatory experience with a Big4 firm**
- Strong background in
- external auditing
- ; internal audit experience is an advantage
- Experience in the
- construction industry
- , preferably in hospitality projects
Key Skills
- Good understanding of
- audit, compliance, and risk management
- Familiarity with
- SAP systems

- Strong
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective
- reporting and documentation skills
- Strong
