About the Role:
Los Laureles Handelsgesellschaft mbH is seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Senior Commercial Director to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and business strategy in Dubai. This executive role focuses on driving profitability, managing key client relationships, and overseeing commercial operations across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across multiple business units
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
• Revenue & P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, pricing strategies, and profitability
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Contract Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations and commercial agreements
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments to guide strategy
• Leadership: Manage senior commercial teams and cross-functional departments

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and financial management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in trading, distribution, or international business environments
• Leadership: Proven track record in leading large teams and driving revenue growth
