Compensation

Engineering delivery

- Apply systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes to plan and execute work.
Technical scope and deliverables
- Develop designs, analyses, calculations, specifications, and practical engineering solutions for products and projects.
- Manage technical scope to meet contractual requirements, customer expectations, and value-for-money objectives.
- Prepare and review technical deliverables, documentation, policies, and procedures; approve them when formally delegated.
- Improve engineering processes, practices, tools, and policies supporting Combat Systems work in Canada.
