Role Overview

Join Microsoft’s Enterprise Commercial Cloud Solutions Architecture team as a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect.

Partner with large enterprise customers in the UAE to shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Use expertise in Azure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and application platforms to deliver secure, resilient, and cost-effective outcomes.

Customer and Solution Leadership

  • Act as the voice of customers and partners and translate their problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft strategy.
  • Lead strategic opportunities and complex engagements with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Provide technical support, proof-of-concept guidance, and architectural direction to increase solution adoption and consumption.
  • Guide architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and adoption plans.

Delivery and Technical Leadership

  • Drive efficient, governed delivery and mitigate blockers to support customer value realization and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical mentorship through readiness and upskilling activities.
  • Shape intellectual property and methodologies and contribute to technical communities and events.
  • Identify cross-solution opportunities using market and industry insights.
  • Orchestrate virtual Microsoft and partner teams toward shared business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7 or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience may include cloud and infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
  • Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and application platforms is expected.
  • Ability to guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and optimized solutions.
