We are looking for a Senior Clinical Services Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our clinical operations strategy. You are not simply overseeing departments—you are shaping the quality, consistency, and future direction of our clinical services. You will lead multidisciplinary healthcare teams, bridging the gap between medical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

You are the advocate for both patients and clinical teams in a room full of administrators, physicians, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations Ownership:

Lead and optimize day-to-day clinical operations across multiple departments while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Quality & Compliance:

Maintain clinical excellence through accreditation readiness, policy implementation, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership:

Mentor clinical supervisors, nurse leaders, and department coordinators. Conduct performance reviews and develop leadership capabilities across teams.

Patient Experience:

Drive initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, service efficiency, and care delivery standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Present operational and clinical performance updates to executive leadership. You can explain not only what clinical improvements are needed, but why they matter to both patient outcomes and organizational performance.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in healthcare operations or clinical services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Leadership, Clinical Management, or related healthcare discipline.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of hospital systems, patient safety standards, accreditation processes, and healthcare analytics platforms.

Language Skills:

English (Professional) is required for clinical documentation and leadership communication. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

Mindset:

You are pragmatic. You know when to pursue operational perfection and when patient care demands immediate action.
