- In collaboration with the leadership, and senior staff, manages the day-to-day relationship of the clients, partners, or vendors.
- Develop relationships to drive client, partner, or vendor engagement through developing solutions for business-critical issues and implementing long-term engagement strategies
- Provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced account/relationship managers
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage client, partners, or vendors performance guarantees, ensuring optimal distribution processes are adhered to
- Own and manage with the preparation and development of presentation materials for client, partner, or vendor Leadership, the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and strategize to retain and strengthen current relationships through monthly reviews with leadership teams, and quarterly reviews with the ELT.
- Develops and manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners as necessary for optimal client project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related discipline; minimum plus 4 years’ experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
- Five or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
- Master’s degree
- 7 or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
- PMP certified preferred; lean or six sigma certifications
- Virtual within the continental U.S.; support or collaboration across multiple time zones; may include travel up to 25%
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for an employment visa or any other type of US work authorization
