Role overview

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate clients and execute FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash-management products.
• Upsell products and collaborate with sales colleagues to originate business and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Understand competitor capabilities and position Ebury's banking solutions.
• Meet revenue, retention, cross-selling, and wallet-share KPIs.
• Build client relationships through meetings and presentations; expand business and provide product and technology feedback.
• Generate referrals through client networking and structure and execute deals that address FX risk.

Requirements

• Strong financial-services experience in sales or relationship management is required.
• Experience at an established FX institution or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SME and corporate clients, is required.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and technical ability in analysis and risk management are required.
• Communication, business-development, negotiation, and senior-level relationship skills are required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• An established professional network is advantageous; a business or finance academic background is a plus.
