Role overview

Client advising and sales

• Achieve individual and team objectives, take accountability for sales results, and support colleagues’ sales.
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and advise them across the brand and product categories.
• Use available clienteling tools to develop existing clients, recruit new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Participate in store activities and follow brand grooming and behavior standards.

Team and store support

• Assist management with floor management, stock operations, and opening and closing duties.
• Support team development through mentoring, buddying, and integration of new colleagues.
• Understand company policies and support other Client Advisors when needed.
• Depending on store needs, duties may also include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, or after-sales.

Profile

• Proven experience in retail, in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership of curiosity, agility, empathy, and a commercial mindset.
• Maturity, managerial credibility, and the ability to lead by example.
• Arabic is a plus.
