Senior Client Advisor - Abu Dhabi

Position

Client advising and sales

• Achieve individual and team objectives, take accountability for sales results, and support teammates in sales.
• Welcome clients, enhance their experience, and advise them across the brand and product categories.
• Use clienteling tools to develop existing clients, recruit new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Participate in store activities and uphold brand standards for grooming and behavior.

Team and store support

• Assist management with floor management, stock operations, and opening and closing duties.
• Support team development through mentoring, buddying, and integration of new employees.
• Understand company policies and support other Client Advisors when needed.
• Depending on store needs, additional duties may include stock or store operations, visual merchandising, or after-sales.

Profile

• Have proven retail experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bring curiosity, agility, empathy, and a commercial mindset.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate maturity, managerial credibility, and the ability to lead by example.
• Arabic is a plus.
