Role overview

Skills and technical knowledge

• Strong analytical foundation and structural analysis and design knowledge are required.
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS and SAFE is required; knowledge of STAAD and other structural software is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for design calculations is required.
• Candidates should know relevant structural engineering codes of practice, including American and British standards.
• Knowledge of local authority submission and approval workflows is required.
• Preferred experience includes high-rise and mixed-use residential projects, sustainable design, and advanced structural techniques and materials.
• Experience with international consultants is a plus.
• The role calls for teamwork, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications and experience

• A master’s degree in Structural Engineering is required.
• Candidates need 10–12 years of quality design experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
