Role and project experience
Projects Manager responsible for site supervision of luxury villas and mansions, high-rise buildings, retail shopping malls, and mixed-use projects.
Requires 15–20 years of experience supervising construction in line with approved drawings, specifications, UAE authority standards, and international standards.
Site supervision
- Provide full-time site supervision throughout construction, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, project scope, baseline programme, and authority approvals.
- Lead daily site operations, resolve technical challenges, and coordinate the sequencing of contractor activities.
- Conduct site walks, issue site observations, and ensure non-conformance reports are closed on time.
Reviews and approvals
- Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans.
- Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain construction quality and performance standards.
- Coordinate site authority inspections with Dubai Municipality and DDA for DCD and BCC approvals.
Experience and qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience supervising construction across luxury villas and mansions, high-rise buildings, retail malls, and mixed-use projects.
- Experience applying approved drawings, specifications, UAE authority standards, and international standards.
- Relevant experience in full-time site supervision, contractor coordination, submittal review, QA/QC, and authority inspection approvals.
