Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour accommodation for a workforce of 2,000–3,500+ employees.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE Labour Laws.
- Supervise catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation services.
- Manage accommodation allocation and employee welfare.
- Coordinate vendor and AMC management.
- Conduct HSE inspections and emergency preparedness activities.
- Prepare operational reports and manage camp budgets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Camp Management experience.
- Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects.
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
- HACCP Level 3 Certification (Preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
