The Strategy & Transformation team identifies emerging opportunities and drives programmatic transformation across MCAPS Core, our customers, partners, and account teams.
We design and test new programs, operating models, and customer experiences, then we scale what works to deliver AI-first transformation, customer growth, and measurable commercial impact.
The Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager to lead executive programs across the MCAPS-Core portfolio.
This role will be instrumental in the design and implementation of key programs that blend across customer, partner, and growth motions.

Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- Must have prior experience working on large, complex commercial programs within a global enterprise environment.
- Must have experience working on programs with 30+ stakeholders and varying functions (ex: technical, business, finance, change management).
- Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
