Senior Business Process Lead - Supply & Material Planning (m/f/d)

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain process leadership in a multinational environment. Strong expertise in MRP, production planning, material management, and end-to-end supply planning processes. Deep working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP IBP and/or GIB is a strong advantage. Proven experience leading regional or enterprise-wide process harmonization, ERP transformation, or operating model redesign initiatives. Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives in functional organizations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Comfortable working across multiple cultures, sites, and functions in a complex international business. Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset. Why Join Us?
