Experience
- 7+ years of relevant procurement / strategic sourcing experience in a global or multinational environment. 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience (people leadership, cross-functional leadership, or program leadership with measurable outcomes).
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., MM, Ariba, or comparable procurement modules). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint , including robust analysis, reporting, and executive-ready presentations. Solid experience with BI tools and data-driven decision-making (dashboards, spend cubes, forecasting models). Deep understanding of indirect procurement categories and processes in an international context (compliance, governance, risk management, contracting fundamentals). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate complex topics for both operational teams and executive audiences. Personal Attributes Confident and persuasive communicator with strong influencing and negotiation capability. Diplomatic, culturally aware, and effective across functions and hierarchy levels. Collaborative leadership style with a strong team mindset; comfortable working in a metric-driven environment.
