Senior Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units
• Own end‐to‐end data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP
• Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams
• Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data
• Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
• Guide countries and regions through the end‐to‐end SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies
• Required Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience working with SAP Master Data (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Strong hands‐on experience with SQL and ETL / data transformation tools
• Deep understanding of Master Data domains and corresponding business processes, cross‐domain dependencies, and data governance principles
• Proven ability to work independently and lead Master Data activities within complex, global programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business‐relevant outcomes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
