Overview

  • Identify, prospect, and open new BFSI and enterprise accounts in the Saudi market and beyond.
  • Self-generate pipeline through trigger-led outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referral networks, and event-based engagement - no SDR dependency.
  • Research and map target accounts before outreach - understand the org structure, decision-makers, technology agenda, and current pain points.
  • Drive a consistent volume of first meetings and qualify opportunities quickly and accurately.
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Land with the lowest-friction entry point - a staffing requirement, a scoped POC, or an advisory engagement and build from there.
  • Within 90 days of winning a first deal, identify and progress the next 2 to 3 expansion opportunities within the same account.
  • Grow wallet share across landed accounts by cross-selling additional services: IT staffing, data and analytics teams, AI/ML, managed services, etc.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across IT, HR, Finance, and Digital functions not limited to the original sponsor.
  • Understand client requirements and position E-Solutions’ offerings accordingly, including IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML offerings, Managed Services and Outcome-Based Engagements, Cyber Security offerings, Digital Transformation and Cloud Solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases tailored to each client's context.
  • Lead RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions for priority accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Maintain a live, qualified pipeline of at minimum 4x your quarterly revenue target.
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate - pipeline visibility is a baseline expectation, not optional.
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to sales leadership.
  • Track and report on new logos, deal stages, revenue, margin, and expansion progress.
