Senior Business Analyst (UAE Nationals Only) - DUBAI

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Summarize budgets and submit recommendations to approve or reject funding requests.
• Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
• Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Monitor preparation of regular and special budget reports.
• Provide technical assistance with cost analysis and fiscal allocation.
• Analyze budgetary and accounting data and provide financial recommendations.
• Gather and verify financial records.
• Assess risk, support legal and policy compliance, use sound ethical judgment, and escalate or report control issues.
• Other assigned duties may include audit, business continuity, regulatory, financial tracking, headcount, or administrative project work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of business analysis experience required.
• Experience creating documentation within a standard development methodology.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Working Environment

• Office setting; office hours may be required during projects.
• Minimal travel and physical effort; work may involve prolonged and intense concentration at a computer.
