Must-have qualifications
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting data, system, and business requirements.
- Expertise creating business-analysis Visio diagrams and swim-lane diagrams.
- Ability to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT solutions.
- Experience with database analysis and SQL.
- Ability to liaise effectively between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Experience leading requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to support IT teams.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for requirements tracking and project collaboration.
Nice to have
- OPS or public-sector experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
