Position responsibilities

  • Provide business systems analysis for Global Treasury Cash Operations and technology teams.
  • Support process re-engineering, automation, data transformation, system enhancements, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Define and refine business requirements and technical specifications for technology-enabled solutions.
  • Clarify technical specifications and their rationale with technology teams.
  • Identify and execute automation opportunities using Gen AI, Agentic AI, and low-code tools such as Power Platform and Alteryx.
  • Advise Treasury Operations and business unit teams on business issues and alignment with Treasury strategies.
  • Communicate project status and critical issues to management; maintain functional and technical project documentation.
  • Prepare test plans and matrices and lead functional and system integration testing.
  • Project-manage small to medium initiatives as required.
  • Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and develop timely solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance production tools and processes and provide service to clients and business areas.

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership role supporting business systems analysis involving process re-engineering, transformation, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience working with technology teams to develop system solutions.
  • Exposure to and/or working knowledge of Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience with citizen developer tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx.
  • Exposure to EDL and creating reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to independently learn new systems and technology.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and ability to turn issues into business solutions.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-changing environment, work under tight deadlines, handle ambiguity, and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and organize large volumes of data.

  • The working arrangement is hybrid.

Compensation

  • A salary range of $73,725–$122,875 CAD is provided; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
