Senior Business Analyst
Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will provide senior analysis leadership across complex transformational initiatives spanning multiple business units.
The role will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, clarify scope, elicit and prioritise requirements, and translate complex needs into practical business, process, data and system outcomes.
An initial priority of the role will be to document and map Neoloop’s existing business processes and design clear, scalable future-state processes as the business evolves. Working across product, commercial, customer, operations, finance, people and technology functions, the role will identify process gaps, dependencies, controls and improvement opportunities; define ownership and hand-offs; and support solution design, testing, implementation, business readiness, and the transition into sustainable business-as-usual operations.
As these priorities are delivered, the role will evolve to support broader strategic transformation, integration and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
