Senior Business Analyst-Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams, including
• data collection, quantitative analysis, market research,
• and competitive assessments.
• Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
• Contribute to
• business development
• efforts through proposal creation, client pitches, and case study development.
• Develop internal and external knowledge assets, including thought-leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
• Take part in firm-building activities such as
• recruiting, coaching junior team members, and
• supporting internal
• capability development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-starter who can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one
• Previous experience in
• top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez, Arthur D Little)
• or Big 4 is a plus
