About the role

What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering, clarification, and alignment sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate high-level business needs into structured requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and requirement traceability across multiple work streams.
• Design detailed as-is and to-be workflows with clear logic, branching, decision paths, and business rules.
• Design AI automation use cases across Hams.AI’s Unified Communication Platform and Agentic Platform, including customer journeys, conversation flows, escalation logic, fallback scenarios, business rules, and integration needs.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and business constraints early.
• Work with clients to validate use case scope, expected outcomes, business rules, and success criteria.
• Support solution alignment by clearly communicating client requirements, operational context, and use case logic to internal teams.
• Support business quality validation and UAT by defining test scenarios, validation checkpoints, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, AI agent behavior, and business outcomes before release to ensure alignment with approved client requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate documentation, discovery, validation, and analysis standards.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives, proposed AI use cases, and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least three to five years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, digital transformation, SaaS, AI solutions, or enterprise software.
• Strong requirement-gathering, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into clear workflows, use cases, and executable logic.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and digital platforms at a conceptual level.
• Experience designing or supporting AI, automation, SaaS, agentic AI, conversational AI, or customer experience use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
