- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from insurance stakeholders and document processes, products, workflows, and business rules.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed processes and maintain requirements traceability and scope alignment.
Digital insurance delivery
- Support quotation, issuance, renewal, endorsement, claims, customer servicing, and payment journeys.
- Coordinate requirements across web, mobile, backend APIs, and third-party integrations, including insurance core systems, payment gateways, customer platforms, and external services.
- Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve functional questions, and confirm implementation.
Project collaboration
- Participate in requirement workshops, walkthroughs, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the general insurance domain.
- Knowledge of the health insurance domain.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements from insurance business stakeholders.
- Ability to document insurance processes, products, workflows, and business rules.
- Ability to prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to coordinate requirements across web, mobile, backend APIs, and third-party integrations.
