Responsibilities

• Own and refine requirements as clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders through agile ceremonies including 3-amigos and refinement sessions.
• Model as-is and to-be processes using workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts.
• Build expertise in products, systems, and business processes to provide informed guidance.
• Document risks, dependencies, and compliance impacts.
• Understand business needs and document how systems are used across internal departments.
• Coach, mentor, and line manage Business Analysts.
• Contribute to Business Analysis best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Support Lead Business Analysts with complex analysis and challenging system interactions.

What you will have

• Extensive experience working as a business analyst.
• Experience in an agile or scaled environment is preferred.
• Experience working alongside a development team.
• Familiarity with a range of backlog management tools.
• A personable, proactive, inquisitive, and analytical approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing competing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues.
