Qualifications

  • Required for Position
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
  • Understanding of indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data etc.
  • Must exhibit superior quantitative and communication capabilities. He or she must be able to think creatively and tactically and to work well as part of a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate true expertise in relevant business tools & systems administration (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.), including strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or business analyst roles.
  • Proven track record of high performance in highly demanding settings, ideally with exposure to public company environment.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or technology industries preferred but not required.
  • Experience with commercial and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, Upland product suite, Tableau) preferred.
  • The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026 Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
  • We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
