Overview
- Design, commission, and oversee Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, and structured cabling
- Review and approve BMS/ELV drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure system integration and compliance with project specifications
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of BMS/ELV systems; prepare technical reports and handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the respective discipline
- Currently based in Doha, Qatar — must be available to mobilize immediately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multicultural project team
