Qa Engineer (Ims Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving IMS in line with
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 29001 standards
• .
• Support the development, review, and control of organizational policies, procedures, processes, and technical specifications.
• Participate in
• internal and external audits
• , ensuring audit readiness and supporting timely closure of findings.
• Track IMS action plans and ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and closure of corrective actions.
• Support
• continuous improvement initiatives
• and process optimization programs across operations.
• Maintain and update
• KPI dashboards
• , perform data analysis, and report performance trends to the QHSE Manager.
• Coordinate and lead
• NCR meetings
• , ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely closure of actions.
• Manage and track
• supplier NCRs
• , supporting SCM teams in vendor evaluation and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, documentation standards, and operational excellence requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum
• 6 months to 5 years of experience
• in QA/QMS/IMS roles (Oil & Gas / Engineering Services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (

9001, 14001, 45001, 29001

• ).
• Experience in
• NCR management, audits, CAPA, and KPI reporting
• .
• Familiarity with supplier quality management and vendor development processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas, workshop, or engineering services environments.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, 5-Why, FMEA, or Lean concepts.
• Exposure to ERP/QMS systems.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and audit handling experience.
