Senior Benefits Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience administering comprehensive benefits programs and managing leaves of absence, including experience with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, and disability programs.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and applicable leave requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms, including Oracle HCM, ADP, or comparable systems.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail to assess benefits and leave matters, identify compliance concerns, recommend workable solutions, and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and experience supporting employees, managers, and internal stakeholders through complex benefits or leave matters.
• Experience delivering benefits education and employee engagement programs.
• Preferred Certifications
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
