Are you passionate about specialty coffee and creating memorable guest experiences?
We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Barista to join a vibrant casual dining concept in Dubai.
What We re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior or Head Barista within an independent coffee shop or caf in the UAE
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee equipment
Experience
with recipe development, inventory management, stock control, and ordering
Excellent communication skills in English
A warm, energetic, and guest-focused personality with the confidence to build genuine connections with customers
Ability to maintain exceptional quality and service standards during busy periods
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai
Available to start immediately or on short notice
Package
AED 4,500 per month
30 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays
Accommodation and transportation to be arranged by the candidate.
