Overview
A rare and prestigious opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen of an exceptional French Michelin-level fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and driven culinary professional with a deep passion for French gastronomy and a proven background in Michelin-starred environments.
Role Requirements
- Strong background in French Fine Dining restaurants (Michelin-level essential)
- Proven experience working in Michelin-starred establishments
- Currently holding or previously held a Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse, multicultural brigade
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in execution
- Highly creative with a modern approach to French cuisine
- Strong knowledge of classical French techniques, sauces, and presentation
- Experience in menu development, costing, and seasonal menu planning
- Ability to maintain highest standards of hygiene, quality control, and kitchen organization
- Calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
