Job Description
We are looking for a **Senior Backend .NET Developer** to join a global organization operating in a high‑scale, enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable backend systems, microservices, and cloud‑native applications using modern .NET technologies.
Candidates currently outside the UAE are welcome to apply **provided they can join within 30 days**.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using **ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+**
- Build and consume **RESTful APIs** and backend services
- Develop **microservices‑based architectures** with a focus on performance and reliability
- Work with **event‑driven systems and message brokers** (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
- Optimize database performance using **SQL Server / PostgreSQL**, indexing, and query tuning
- Containerize applications using **Docker** and work with **Kubernetes / AKS** environments
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and production support
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in **.NET backend development**
- Strong proficiency in **C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API**
- Hands‑on experience with **Microservices architecture**
- Experience with **Docker** and containerized deployments
- Exposure to **Kubernetes / AKS / EKS**
- Experience with **message queues** (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
- Strong database skills (**SQL Server**, EF Core, Dapper)
- Experience working with **Azure or other cloud platforms**
- Good understanding of **Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns**
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Nice to Have
- FinTech, payments, or enterprise systems experience
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**
- Knowledge of **Redis / caching**
- Prior experience in high‑availability production environments

- Onsite role based in **Dubai**
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per hour
