Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, healthcare, computer science, economics, or a related field required. Master's preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare field required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience analyzing data and working with data visualization/automation tools.
  • Interpersonal skills, time management skills, and demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams required.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data is preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience with big data, statistics, and machine learning is preferred.
  • The ability to navigate Linux and Windows operating systems is preferred.
  • Experience in DataOps/DevOps and agile methodologies is preferred.
  • The position requires strong project management, organization, documentation, and stakeholder partnership skills to manage multiple initiatives and develop sustainable, maintainable solutions. Strong technical capabilities and healthcare experience are most important; experience in Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Risk Management, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or applying analytics and automation within these areas would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics/Data Management, Business Process Automation:
  • Mastery of at least one data visualization tool. Experience building in at least two data visualization tools. Demonstrated ability to complete data transformations for visualization in SQL. Demonstrated success in launching at least four significant data visualization solutions at a complex organization.
  • Working knowledge of coding & scripting languages such as Python and SQL is required.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions and a commitment to customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a high capacity for learning and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability evaluating the quality of data, driving best practices and adoption of standardized toolsets, and building confidence in the fidelity and discoverability of trusted data.
