Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited, or those in the candidacy process, baccalaureate nursing program.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
  • Previous coordinator experience 5+ years preferred.
  • Previous surgical experience preferred.
  • Recent RN program-related experience.
  • Program management, project coordination and/or leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong decision making and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with research processes.
  • Ability to utilize software in developing data collection systems, processing and analysis of data.
  • Certification in program specialty area, if applicable.
  • Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
  • Arizona - Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
  • Positions that are not on campus may not require current Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as determined by the work area.
  • Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
  • Previous coordinator
