Part-time remote role involving oversight of daily operations for sourcing and managing IT job openings.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates; review position requirements and coordinate recruitment activities for timely, accurate placements.
- Monitor market trends, refine service offerings, and guide strategic decisions supporting growth and operational efficiency.
- May supervise a small team or contractors, manage business finances at a high level, and ensure compliance with employment and business regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in the IT job market, staffing, or recruitment, with the ability to understand C2C and W2 arrangements.
- Business management skills, including strategic planning, basic financial oversight, and decision-making.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities for working with clients, candidates, and partners.
- Proficiency with remote-work tools such as applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized records.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and general compliance requirements.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior entrepreneurial or leadership experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or comparable experience is preferred but not required.
