Job Summary

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining vendor records, analyzing data to improve vendor performance, and assisting in resolving vendor-related issues while ensuring efficient and compliant vendor management processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including selection, performance evaluation, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Drive data-driven analysis to monitor and improve vendor management in alignment with goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contracts, certifications, and onboarding data.
  • Help address and resolve minor vendor issues or onboarding issues under guidance.
  • Assist in conducting audits and contribute to continuous improvement of vendor management processes.
  • Prepare regular vendor onboarding reports and provide data insights to support decision-making.
  • Support in evaluating supplier qualifications, including technical specifications, materials compliance, and post-sale services
  • Support risk mitigation strategies and help resolve vendor-related issues effectively.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance vendor onboarding, performance, and overall vendor management operations.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc vendor management tasks as required by business needs, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to urgent requests such as other reporting and day-to-day activities but not limited to.

Experience & Education Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in vendor management.
  • Preferred advanced level knowledge of Procurement systems (SAP preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
