Senior Asset Manager

Qualifications

• Qualification in property, finance or related field.
• 15+ years' experience in an asset management role and a minimum of 7 years managing and/or leasing industrial assets in Melbourne.
• Ability and track record to prepare strategic asset plans and clearly identify, articulate, and execute on those approved asset strategies.
• Good market knowledge of commercial and industrial markets from an investor, leasing and capital transactions perspective.
• Strong understanding of leasing process and valuation principles.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Acts, standards, codes and practices.
• Ability to direct and lead outsourced property and facilities managers.
• An understanding of customer experience, customer drivers and customer strategy execution.
• A passion for ESG and implementing initiatives to enhance asset performance and occupier experience.
• Proven customer engagement, dispute resolution and strategic relationship building skills.
• Capability to understand and resolve complex property management, leasing and valuation issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to integrate quickly within a flexible team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and budgeting tools.
