Senior Architectural Technologist (Contract)

Producing and developing high-quality architectural drawings, models and technical documentation using Revit.

Supporting the delivery of architectural packages across medium to large project teams.

Interpreting project briefs and delivering outputs that meet client, project and regulatory requirements.

Applying BIM Level 2 principles and good information management practice to project delivery.

Supporting the production of specifications, including work involving NBS Chorus.

Contributing to technically complex projects in highly regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Life Sciences and Power.

Working with a high level of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.

Experience in an Architectural Technologist role

A high level of proficiency in Revit.

A strong understanding of BIM Level 2.

Experience delivering architectural packages with limited supervision.

Experience working on projects within highly regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Life Sciences or Power.

Experience with NBS Chorus specifications.

The ability to work independently and deliver against a brief.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

The ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and multiple office locations.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role (SC level), in line with client and sector requirements.

In some cases, additional nationality or residency criteria may also apply due to specific client or national security obligations.
