Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design and supervision for mega and complex projects, including airports and large-scale developments.
• Manage full project lifecycle from concept design to construction supervision (Design & Build projects).
• Review and approve architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, infrastructure) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Lead master planning, urban design, and landscape integration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.
• Supervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design intent.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to architectural teams.

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in mega projects, including at least 4 years as a Senior Architectural Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in airport projects within the GCC or Arab countries.
• Strong background in design and supervision of Design & Build projects.
• Certified and attested experience records are required.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design and modeling software, including:
• AutoCAD, Revit, BIM (3D Modeling), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and rendering tools.
• Strong expertise in master planning, softscape, and landscape development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi Iqama and driving license.
• Available for immediate joining.
